4th Runner Up - Miss Philippines, Venus Raj
- Due to residency issues, pageant officials stripped Venus Raj of the Miss Philippines Universe 2010 title but restored it after strong protests from the national and international community.
- Venus was born in Doha, Qatar, but her mother brought her to the Philippines when she was just an infant.
- For over 20 years, Venus lived in bamboo hut with no electricity. She used rice paddy dikes to practice her runway walk.
